Turkish Mangals
Turkish Mangals are the best way to cook a steak or burger. This method of cooking has been around a while and has been traditionally used to cook kebabs, vegetables and meatballs etc. However more recently chefs and restaurant owners have taken to this method of cooking and adapted it to cook premimum cuts of meat in their restaurant. The unique flavour and smell that is produced when cooking with a Mangal is like no other and due to the design of our Mangals it fits right in with a busy commercial restaurant kitchen no matter what size your kithen maybe. Manufactured in the U.K and supporting U.K manufacturing our Mangal offers superior build quality using high grade stainless steel. Available either as table top or on a stand we will manufacture these to your sizes and specifications.With a range of add ons such half and half cooking with griddle and grill or even to be able to use skewers. Charcoal Grills
Our SCF Charcoal Grills are manufactured here in the U.K supporting British Manufacturing. We can build these from 2 burner models upto and beyond 4 burners depending on your needs. We also offer a huge range of add ons making your machine completely unique. We can build these to fit any size you wish and also offer counter top or free standing versions. Not only that we can build them for LPG use for mobile catering too.
Rotisseries
Rotisseries are often used today due to giving great cooking results and taste. We have manufactured different types of Rotisseries from manual driven to motorised including chargrill and gas operated Rotisseries. We cnow have extensive knowledge in building these machines and look to bring a few new products to market in this area. We are able to build any kind of Rotisserie you require and deliver and install as well as advise on operation.

Commercial Cold Press Juicers
With our new BIO Cold Press Juicer similar to the X1 we are one of the first U.K companies to manufacture commercial cold press juicers at a competitive price.
